Mutual Covenant is a service and brand operated by Computer Pro Network LLC.

Mutual Covenant, operated by Computer Pro Network LLC, provides church management software and related services. By creating an account or using Mutual Covenant, you agree to these terms.

The service

Mutual Covenant is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for churches to manage members, visitors, attendance, giving, ministries, events, volunteers, pastoral care, documents, and communication. The legal provider of the service is Computer Pro Network LLC.

Accounts and churches

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, for keeping login credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Church owners are responsible for users they invite and for the data their church stores in Mutual Covenant.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other churches’ data, or use Mutual Covenant for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access to protect the platform or other customers.

Plans and billing

Paid plans, trials, and related billing terms are described on the Billing Terms page. Fees, if any, are charged by Computer Pro Network LLC for the Mutual Covenant service.

Your data

Your church retains ownership of the content it enters. You grant Computer Pro Network LLC a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide Mutual Covenant. See the Privacy Policy and Data Processing & Security pages.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Mutual Covenant available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features and these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Computer Pro Network LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Mutual Covenant. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
