Billing Terms

Mutual Covenant is a service and brand operated by Computer Pro Network LLC.

Mutual Covenant, operated by Computer Pro Network LLC, provides church management software and related services. If a legal business name is required on an invoice, receipt, or payment record, that name is Computer Pro Network LLC.

Who you are paying

Subscriptions and related charges for Mutual Covenant are collected by Computer Pro Network LLC. Billing documents display Mutual Covenant as the product, with the line “Operated by Computer Pro Network LLC.”

Plans and trials

Current plan prices are shown on the public pricing page. New churches may start a 14-day trial. No long-term contract is required. You may cancel at any time. Annual pricing, when offered, will be stated on the pricing page before you subscribe.

Payment processing

Card and online payments, when enabled, are processed by a payment processor on behalf of Computer Pro Network LLC. Computer Pro Network LLC does not store full card numbers in Mutual Covenant.

Invoices and receipts

Subscription receipts, invoices, billing notices, and payment confirmations will show Mutual Covenant and a smaller legal line: Operated by Computer Pro Network LLC.

Taxes and refunds

Applicable taxes may be added where required. Refund requests are reviewed by Computer Pro Network LLC and handled in accordance with the plan terms in effect at purchase.
